Reshaping the European Union

The Belgian Premier Herman Van Rompuy is confirmed on Thursday evening as the first EU president, and Catherine Ashton the British and the actual European commissioner of Commerce is being appointed in the position of European foreign policy. That is one of the overshadowing points for charismatic Blair’s candidacy because he supported the invasion of Iraq.  Anyway, let’s look ahead to the new shape of European Union’s foreign policy.
