How to develop effective influential attitudes

People with effective influence usually have a goal and are so often motivated by their values, so they can lead other people effectively.

So if you want to influence effectively try to define your needs and identify your values in order to be able to cultivate a sense of leadership abilities and start being more proactive.

Most of the time people ask you what is your long time goal; if it doesn’t happen to you I can tell you that it happens to me so often. People often ask me what my plan is for the long-term. That is why I started putting myself a goal, hopefully to build a successful future. And I’m writing this because I like sharing my ideas. I’m a person who likes to share, so if you too have good ideas I guess you have some, let’s share them as I’m doing here.

Scammers!

Are you safe on the internet? Have you ever been cheated while banking online?

I think you could have read a pop up message during your surf telling you to scan your PC for free, and you may have clicked on it to scan it because it is not supposed to cost you a dime. And after scanning you probably got the result informing you that your computer is infected and to fix it you have to click on “fix” or “fix all”. But after performing the operation a message informed you that the DriveCleaner couldn’t fix every problem and you have to buy the full version of their DriveCleaner to fix all problems and make your PC run faster. I hope you didn’t enter your credit card number in their supposed product application form.

High blood pressure

How to Prevent Against This
Some people can effectively prevent hypertension through lifestyle modifications and behavioral changes. By reducing stress, quitting smoking, limiting alcohol use, and following a well balanced diet, you may be able to effectively lower your blood pressure and keep it stable at a normal level.
If you are overweight, you may be able to lower your blood pressure by reducing your body weight. Many people notice a dramatic change in their blood pressure when they lose weight. By staying within a healthy weight range, you also limit possibilities of developing additional complications such as heart disease and strokes.

Maintaining a regular aerobic exercise routine can also have positive effects on blood pressure. Exercise does not necessarily need to be high intensity. Even walking can improve blood flow enough to control high blood pressure. Exercise will help you control stress, stay in shape, and feel good, overall. You will also limit the potential for developing additional complications such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes – all conditions that are exacerbated by hypertension. keep reading

Hypertension, why it has become so common

In the last thirty years or so, the number of people who have suffered the effects of hypertension has increased dramatically.
Because our genes have not changed all that much in the past one hundred years or so, our genes cannot be the cause for this sudden rise in issues relating to high blood pressure. The other popular explanation for the rise in hypertension in recent years is our changes in diet; unfortunately this cannot be the entire cause either.
Fifty to one hundred years ago, many people were eating a lot more fatty food, and there were not nearly this many issues relating to hypertension. So what is causing hypertension to be on the rise, if it is not what doctors and the medical community claims that it is?
In other words, while genes and diet may have some sort of an effect on the number of people suffering from hypertension today, and the surprising growth over the past thirty years or so, there is a completely different cause that not enough people have made themselves aware of.

December 21, 2012, is the end of the world or a cycle of time?

What do you know about the following calendar and what can you tell about it?

The controversial Time teller

The ancient Mayans believed in this structure which predicts the events and the end of the cycle. But how did this calendar link between the event of the comet and Christianity at the time of Spanish invasion of the sub continent?  Look what I found during my research on 2012.

Cusp Of Great Cycle
We are living today in the cusp of the Mayan end times, the end of a galactic day or time period spanning thousands of years. One galactic day of 25,625 years is divided into five cycles of 5,125 years.
The Great Cycle of the Mayan Long Count calendar ends on the winter solstice of 2012 A.D. Following Mayan concepts of cyclic time and World Age transitions, this is as much about beginnings as endings. In fact, it was considered by the ancient Mayans to signify the creation of a new World Age. We are almost at the end of the fifth and final 5,125 year cycle!”
I like this idea best, but will it have any effect on our life on the mother planet?
Please, could you tell me what you think about december 21, 2012? I appreciate

Healthy life style

Health is most important in our lives. Whatever our project in this life is, first of all we must be healthy in order to enjoy what the Mother Nature gave us.
Few years ago I was enjoying a high energy level in my day-to-day movements. So my age is far ahead my physical appearance, most people just hardly believe it when I tell them what my age is. I admit that I enjoyed doing sport twice a week, but it wasn’t because I wanted to be healthy and energetic, I already was so. But the amount of energy I felt in my body pushed me to do sport in order to evacuate some out of it. However, once I unconsciously changed my life style, I experienced a kind of degradation in my habits few years later, and I started complaining about being tired and to not want to do so and so or go to here and there.  What was wrong? Well, I once was reading about healthy life style and I came to John Claydon D. Hom’s article in Regenerative Nutrition web site which made me think about what changed in me. By going years back, I found that what John says in the article was my habit when I was what I call myself; that is, always feeling healthier because I liked using raw eggs very often. I just enjoyed drinking it, not for a purpose of being healthy because I didn’t know that doing so makes me healthy. But, after reading the article I felt that I was missing something I liked most, that is, drinking raw eggs. So, if you want to be healthy I recommend you to first of all read J. Claydon’s article in order to get more about the health benefits of raw eggs, then do like me. I assure you it is not just reading about eggs, I’m not selling eggs or so. But believe me, it is a part of my unconscious experience. I rather die healthy than being sick. Bon appétit!

The Health Benefits of Raw Eggs By John Claydon D.Hom
The process of cooking eggs destroy the very goodness that our bodies so desperately need as the nature of proteins and fats is altered when exposed to heat.  When cooked, the egg protein changes its chemical shape; it is often this process that can be the cause of allergies.  Generally when eating raw eggs, any incidence of egg allergy will disappear.
